Terrible. She left me in limbo after doing a number of tests on my adrenal gland. Test were mostly abnormal but she couldn’t figure out a diagnosis so said maybe was depressed

You are allowed to write down 3 questions, which she doesn’t answer anyway. It was horrible seeing her, she is insulting, not informative and has no bed side manner at all. She has no interest in helping her patients feel better, it seems to be a get them in and get them out deal.

I have a complicated case of autoimmune thyroiditis. Was hoping Dr. Gratian could work with me on this complicated health issue. First visit will be my last. She was unapproachable, intimidating, patronizing, and I feel like she had prejudged me as a patient from labs taken before our initial visit. If you use Duke Endocrinology for thyroid health issues, be aware that the only lab value they care about is TSH. This is a very narrow approach to thyroid disease.

Disappointed in Durham, NC – Jun 26, 2018

I usually never fill these out bit this doctor is exceptionally horrible. She was very condescending when I met with her and has acted "uppity" in all our online conversations. She also did not know (or perhapsdidnt think thoroughly enough) about all the tests to do with a person who has my condition. Numerous times I have emailed hetellibg her I needed certain scans done as well as blood tests. Then when I came to have blood drawn, she forgot to request 3 necessary blood tests.

Don't feel she listened to me. Spent very little time with me and even then she was on computer most of the time. Left the office with no answers. I don't think there will be a return visit
