Dr. Reed is a graduate of the Universities of Illinois and Kentucky. She is Board Certified in General Cardiothoracic Surgery. She joined CTVS in February of 2003 after six years of private practice in Kentucky. Dr. Reed has the distinction of being the first female Cardiothoracic Surgeon to practice in the state of Georgia.

Dr. Reed was one of the Dr's from the team of Dr's that I had during my 6 month stay at MCCGA in Macon. She performed one of the two Thoracotomies that I had. She did an excellent job and I would recommend her %100 to anyone.
