I have never had an experience like this. After you wait at least an hour to be seen, she will come in and overwhelm you with information about everything. Hope that you never need anything other than what you get at your visit. It is virtually impossible to get her nurse to return your call no matter how serious the side effects are of the meds she has you on, etc! I have been extremely disappointed.

I am a new patient with Dr. Parks and have a rare auto-immune disorder complicated with Deg. Arthritis. At first was reluctant to attend Baptist Premiere for I had been there prior with 2 other doctors. Dr. Parks was a pleasure to meet and I was pleased with the knowledge she had concerning my condition. She is thorough and genuine in helping me gain quality of life. Yes, I would and do recommend her to those whose conditions need a good doctor of which Dr. Laura Parks is definitely one.

I liked Dr parks initially, but I had to go online to view my results. They are horrible at calling you to follow up on lab results. It was my first visit, but I would not go back because of the communication after the visit.
