From my first consultation visit all the way through my BAHA surgery and post surgery visits, Dr. Brainard, was very professional and courteous. She was very thorough and explained the BAHA procedure in detail. She told us exactly what the surgery entailed and things I might experience after the surgery. She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions and concerns. She wasn't pushy and gave us all of the information we needed in order to make a decision about the surgery.

Professional, attentive and considerate. Discussed and worked with a team to perform gamma knife radiation treatment for a glomus jugulare tumor. Office is comfortable and quiet and was prompt in calling to schedule follow-up visits.

Seems confused, makes conflicting and muddled recommendations, doesn't answer questions, very negative outcome for routine procedure and unbelievably bad follow up
