He earned his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern in Dallas in 1988. After a botched diagnosis from my daughters Primary and 1.5 months Of PT found out it was a broken Hip. We were given a rush appointment with Dr. Showalter. He mad room for a surgery next day. He gave us all the options since there were promising signs we opted to save it. At her follow up he looked concerned. He told me" I have no proof all the labs are normal but I know something isn't right. So he did surgery and found a massive staff infection. If it were not for him she would not have a hip

Dr. Showalter treated me as a child for scoliosis/spinal fusion and saw me into my young adult years. This is truly a great doctor/surgeon and personally a great person. His skill is unmatched and I would highly recommend him to anyone
