I went to the walk in clinic, for Dr. Richardson, based on a recommendation from a friend. Dr. Richardson and his nurse, Morgan, were great. He explained everything very well and gave me options for treatment. I chose an injection. He did a great job! It was uncomfortable for a few minutes to say the least but it worked! I highly recommend Dr. Richardson.

Dr Richardson has tried numerous things to help stop the pain in my neck and back. He tries to listen to my concerns and asks questions when I have difficulty explaining everything to him. I feel the wait time to see him once you arrive at the office should be shortened if possible.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Richardson. He is very educated in his field and he takes time to listen. The x-rays (if needed) are done right there in the office. His staff is great. He has always explained what the medical issues are to my understanding, and he explores various treatment options allowing me to be able to have input on what I felt would work best for me as a patient.

Dr. Richardson and staff are very polite. He is very thorough with xrays, scans etc, takes the time to talk with you to get symptoms and explain the test results. .He cares about his patients. The office needs to work on the scheduling a little better, we always have a 1 1/2 to 2 hr wait.
