This review is for the care and treatment of our clients in the past and currently by Dr. Larry Flowers. Dr. Larry Flowers has always shown a compassion, supported and provided the best care and treatment for federal employees. Several have needed in-patient care and treatment that surfaced from traumatic life altering job related events, and he has been there for them. Dr. Flowers has been instrumental in identifying and surfacing emotional conditions that were previously not covered.

this office has received many phone calls from me regarding a new patient account I have yet to receive one phone call back I started calling in April. for a doctor doctor staff to truly care about a psychiatric patient it does make him or her just a little bit more crazy in life when you can't even get a return call

I've been a patient here for many years. I hardly see Dr. Flowers, but I'm fine with that. JoAnn is absolutely wonderful. I hope she never leaves. She listens and takes her time with me. She is a very kind woman. I feel more comfortable with her than Dr. Flowers.

the wait time is to long, no one answers the phone you cant leave a message and when you can no one calls you back cant get your refills approved and they dont like to get prior authorization on new medications. also you get passed off to his assistant after a few visits.

Changes staff frequently. Person answering phone is rude and places you on hold 2 or 3 times while you are trying to explain the reason for your call. She is not interested in helping you.she complains how backed up she is instead of finding a solution to your problem. Very rude person answering the phone.Needs more professional people up front.
