We love coming to Dr. Berman's office and seeing him and his gang! The staff is so nice and makes us feel like we are part of their family. Dr. Berman has always gone above and beyond in making sure that our family gets the proper testing and medications that we needed until the job was done. Most of the time we can get a same day appointment with one of his assistants. Seems like everyone has been working there for years.

I was referred here by one of my friends and am delighted to have had the opportunity to meet Dr. Berman. He is thorough and comprehensive with his assessment and at the same time makes you feel very relaxed. He's very funny! It's like talking to a friend.

Dr. Berman is an excellent physician who I recommend highly. His office and staff are well organized and always attentive. It's nice to still be able to go to an independent physician.

We used to go to Dr.Berman's office each time we moved back to Charlotte, however this past time the experience was horrible. We're finding a new physician. The incorrect prescriptions were called in and even after admitting to it refused to reimburse us for the money we spent to pick them up. Then charge for an office visit when it clearly states we have a co pay. After this was pointed out we still have not been reimbursed. They don't seem to care anymore.

Parking is absolutely horrible. Office has a herd mentality. Get them in, get them out. Everyone with exception of one doctor assistant (nurse) have no personality. Good luck getting someone to answer the phone. Not attentive to patients needs and requests. Does not accept any wrong doing and blames other parties. Office staff shows no empathy. I have been without my medication for two weeks and no one is concerned. I will be choosing another healthcare provider.

Dr Berman is a great doctor, always willing to take his time to help you. His staff is and has always been top notch. I would recommend him to anyone, a rare find.

Dr. Berman makes you feel better just talking to him. Offers practical, easy to understand options and takes time to know you. Not really a hands-on guy, but has an excellent staff and you can usually get a same day appt. with one of his crackerjack LNPs.
