Dr. Guss was extremely pleasant to work with. Knowledgeable in her field and approachable, she identified my issues immediately, provided education in layman’s terms, and recommended solutions that were within my price range. I’m not one to go to the doctor very often, but I would absolutely return to Dr. Guss in a heartbeat for any dermatological concerns. Highly recommend her!

I’ve seen Dr Guss for 3 visits. She barely looked at my scalp and refused to help fill out paperwork for my employer!! She even found the whole situation laughable!! I went thru lots of unnecessary stress on my scalp due to her lack of expertise!! I ended up sick for a month due to her overuse of steroids on my scalp and all of her creams were useless for my scalp!! Dr Guss and the office she was at had no regard for me whatsoever!! I was hassled at her office over $30!! I really needed her help and she was simply non existent!! I came to Dr Guss for help and instead got the opposite and ended up feeling like she doesn’t care about her patients whatsoever!! I wouldn’t recommend Dr Guss to anyone!! I think she needs to go back to med school and learn what the prescriptions she prescribes to people actually do!! She had no idea what the medication was doing to my scalp and how it was affecting me in my daily life!! You are taking a definite risk if you see Dr Guss!! CAUTION!!

my visit was very pleasant. DR. Guss is very well trained in her field of the latest tech procedures. Her whole staff is so pleasant, so much you do not think you are in a doctors office. DR Guss gets A+ on her closing of the op area. Yes I would recommend her to any one asking me.
