Pickerington, OH |
we waited 45 minutes and never saw the doctor. No one from the staff came in to update us about the wait. We understand that doctors can run over but someone either at check in or during a 45 minute wait in a gown should have updated us.
Dear Patient, I am sincerely sorry for a long wait. Your time is valuable. You should have been updated on the length of anticipated delay as it is customary in our practice. I will forward your comment to the practice manager so our team continue to improve. Sincerely, Larisa Ravitskiy, MD

in Mansfield, OH |
I drive down from Mansfield at least once a year to see Dr Raitskiy. She is an outstanding doctor and a very attentive, caring doctor! Her staff is amazing and I highly recommend this health care facility. I can't say enough good things about the experience!
in Granville, OH |
In this era in healthcare when doctors are spending less and less time with you, it is unique to find a doctor that is fast and efficient, but takes the time to know her patients. Dr. Ravitskiy is that doctor. Her staff is friendly and keep you informed of what to expect from the time you arrive through your appointment. I'm glad I found Dr. Ravitskiy.
