Dr. Payne and her staff are not interested in providing great medical service to the seniors. Appointments are not kept by Dr. Payne, follow-up calls are not made as well. The receptionist is not friendly at all. The staff at this location are very incompetent. I have several complaints about this facility. I would love to speak to someone in upper management to discuss the terrible service that this facility has displayed. Changes must be made.
