I was referred to Dr. Ro by my primary care physician. Dr. Ro was thorough and honest in his assessment of my condition and wisely referred me to another surgeon who had expertise in my particular situation. Dr. Ro's office staff were some of the best I have ever encountered. I would not hesitate to recommend anyone to Dr. Ro. He is honest and takes time with you, and the people who work for him are second to none.

Dr. Ro is a God sent angel ! He did a successful cervical spine surgery on my 78 year old dad which was in severe pain. Thank you Dr. Ro for giving my father his life back, and our family that priceless piece of mind. We are forever thankful to you and you are always in our prayers. God bless you!

Dr. Ro is an angel! He's fast, efficient, knowledgeable, caring, concerned...and, if you scratch hard enough, he has a sense of humor, too! I LOVE this doctor!!!

Dr. Ro was terrible I waited over a month to see this Dr. In serious pain the whole time. I had really no other choice due to my type of insurance. When finally my day came I thought great finally some answers and a cure. Well if u look at this Dr's philosophy he's all about education on how to deal with the pain rather then fix it. He pointed out on my MRI that I had some serious problems but rather then fix them he prefer I learn to deal with them. Do not go see this guy if u have another way.

I was referred by my doctor and had to wait a month to be seen as a new patient. When I arrived the office staff barely acknowledged me, when she did it took another thirty minutes for her to take me to an exam room. After waiting ten minues for the doctor to come in, I called the front desk since I was in a gown & was informed he was not in the building and they didn't know when he would be in. I got dressed & went to the front desk to ask about rescheduling & was told it would be 1mos wait.
Felt like I was dismissed. My insurance is not the best and was treated as such. Had some serious questions to ask. I was polite. Punctual. Never saw more then once with no answers to my questions.

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
