So I had to have my temperature taken as I checked in. The Kiosk is a great idea and the two crew members operating it helped me relax a bit during the credentials process. I was able to relax after making my payment even with me wearing 3 layers of mask protection. When I came in the side office my blood pressure was sky high!! The young lady that first assessed me had a calm aura that eventually destressed me bringing my blood pressure down twenty points. She allowed me to recheck my bp that is how I know in five minutes my levels came down. Dr. Jackson's people are so valuable. They set the stage for the visit. It was smooth sailing afterwards. I love going to Bloomfield, but will travel to wherever Dr. Jackson happens to be seeing and serving his patients.

My visit was quicker than normal & I wasn't rushed at all. Everyone was pleasant & professional & super clean. The only thing I didn't like was to wear a mask, but who does.

So very pleased to have found Dr. Jackson. My mother had some retina specialists in the past with whom she was not pleased. She is completely comfortable with Dr. Jackson. And as I have developed AMD myself, it was such a comfort for me to know someone upon whom I could depend completely for the highest level of professional competence and personal caring.
