The staff has been difficult to work with during an urgent eye issue. Over a 6 week long wait to even see Dr. Carter for an urgent eye problem, finally got an appt. and then it was pushed back another 10 days! Office staff has no empathy for patients, and zero ability to work with elderly patient...more

My experiences with Dr. Carter and her staff were all excellent. I just finished my second cataract surgery and couldn't be more pleased. The efficiency of the business impressed me as well.
