Terrible front office staff. Dismissed me today. She's got a staff that is ruining her practice. She's always late coming in the office. Even staff says she's getting later each day. Needs to get her mind on her practice or close shop.

It depends. My review is good and bad. We had lost our insurance for a bit and I was left without being able to go to office visits. My test have been ordered and scheduled in a timely manner and referrals made. However, I have back issues and a pin in my hip n leg and my knee is bone on bone, limping makes the pain worse. I asked for something to help and made sure I stated it doesn’t have to be a narcotic.. Dr Bolton didn’t lie to me and tell me she couldn’t write something but did say she won’t write anything. I appreciate the honesty and referrals to get help, yet there’s lack of compassion n care to the fact I can’t even take care of myself and my home right now due to the pain. I’ve also lost almost 3” in height and I think that’s more than a slight height loss as she called it.

The front desk personnel was very rude. I’ve been going to Dr Bolton since she began in Saltillo. I’ve been treated like crap the last few month and denied care. I’m fed up. I don’t know why it seems personal for some reason.

Dr. Bolton totally dismissed the fact that my child has a chemical imbalance and outright called my child bad in front of his face. After years of not knowing what was wrong with my child and finally discovering it was a chemical imbalance, only to have her call him bad and offer punishment advice was like a blow to the face. I would not recommend Dr. Bolton to anyone.

While I liked Dr Bolton's former nurse, I can see how she might have rubbed some people the wrong way. Her new nurse, Jordan, is younger, helpful, and really pleasant with her patients. Dr Bolton has worked tirelessly these last few years to help me manage my pain without the use of opiates. She listens to her patients. She is really good about changing a medication if you have any unwanted side effects. I honestly feel like she has given me my life back.
