I Would definitely recommend to who ever needs pain management, she is a very patient doctor in hearing out her patients. And as for the staff very professional and the office is very clean and that would included where doctor performs the procedures. I would rate Dr. Patel Excellent five stars, I truly thankful to her for giving me back my life of pain free with the Spinal implanted simulator.

This office yo-yo's people around. They don't give you anesthesia for an epidural unless if it's convenient for them. I wouldn't recommend Dr Patel or the office to my worst enemy.
in Whitestone, NY |
I am Diabetic and scheduled an appointment for a series of Knee Injections. I was NEVER consulted or informed that Cortisone was being added to the Standard injection medication. My Glucose level went to 349 at the end of the day. This was directly caused by the ADDED Cortisone. Obviously Dr. Patel did not bother to check or care about my vitals. I never stated that I had extreme pain [which I do not have] in my knee. I will not be seeing Dr. Patel ever again.

I've been seeing Dr. Patel for over 3 years, post a "failed back surgery" that left me with RSD and other nerve and pain issues. Dr. Kiran is one of the most caring, professional, knowledgeable physicians I have ever seen in the pain management field. Her office staff is competent, caring and professional as is Dr. Patel.

For many years, I suffered from chronic pain. Referred to Dr. Patel, she changed my life. I am back to working our 3x a week and tennis 4 days a week. Her care is life changing . Doctors like her do not come around often. If you have pain- see her- you may wait; but it's worth it!
in New York, NY |
After waiting more than an hour to see her, this doctor was dismissive, condescending, and she never asked me a single question about how I was feeling. She lectured. When I mentioned the long wait, she said it was because I had to fill out paperwork, as a new patient. When I told her I'd come in a half hour early so I could do that, she said nothing. I would never return here. Pain doctors should not cause more pain. What an awful experience!

I have been seeing dr Patel for almost 2 years and she's the only one who has been able to help me with my pain.
in New York, NY |
Dr Patel is kind, and courteous - sensitive to the fact that I am in pain willing to help.
in East Rockaway, NY |
Dr. Patel is Wonderful! Dr. Patel and her staff make you feel very comfortable. Dr. Patel is very caring and always concerned about her patients. I thank Dr. Mitchell Levine at Lenox Hill Hospial for recommending Dr. Patel. Thank you for helping me. The staff is great and I recommend Dr. Patel very highly. Charlotte Pearsall

Dr Patel is without a doubt one of the smartest pain Dr's i have ever met. She is so knowledgeable, smart and can usually get to the pain very quickly. She has now given me several times, a new life of pain freedom. Steven Kimmel
