Dr. Shah Listened
I was concerned about my issues and explaining what was going on, which required some history. Dr. Shah repeated back what I was saying to make sure she understood, acknowledged my concerns and discussed steps to help. I did not feel hurried or that my issues were trivial. I left feeling we had a plan of action which might actually help.
