Dr. Shah is extremely thorough, knowledgeable, meticulous and caring. She takes my concerns seriously. She is very kind and truly cares about her patients. Also, she is so efficient, and stays on schedule, even though it feels that she is allowing you to take as much time as you need with her! I never feel rushed, yet she apologizes if she is running even 5 minutes behind schedule. Highly recommend!

I have had DR Shaw as my primary care doctor for some time. She is very professional in every way. She listens well to my concerns and explains the proper course of action in layman's terms. Her referrals when necessary are also on target. Om top of this she is a very nice sincere person.

The worst dr I have seen in my life. She didn't want to answer my questions in the wellness visit. And made me come back within 4 weeks. This way she gets paid 2 times with no reason. She is not even a human being.

Dr.Shah is a very stubborn person. I had a swelling in my ankle which happened to be there for more than 2 months. I wanted to get an X-ray and see an Ortho. She wouldn't give me a referral since there was no pain in my ankle. True, there was no pain but when a swelling lasts for more than 2 months, shouldn't I do something more than just seeing a primary care? I changed my primary care and the new doctor gave me a referral to an Ortho right away. I am glad I changed the doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Shah for the last few years. She has always been very good with me. She does a good job explaining tests that need to be done, and treatments/treatment options. If anything, I worry that she is spending too much time with me when I come in for a physical or a minor issue.

She is very efficient as other reviews state. But she is arrogant and totally lacks compassion. She does not have the ability to temper whatever she needs to tell you. Not a good choice for geriatric patients.
