This content was provided by Dr. Page "Dr. Kimberly Page is a board certified Neurosurgeon who completed her residency training in Neurosurgery at Stanford University in 1995. Prior to medical school, she received both her bachelor's and master's degrees in Biology at the University of Nevada in Reno. She also completed fellowship training in Epilsepy and Functional Neurosurgery.She has been in solo practice in Redding since January of 1995. She practices at Mercy Medical Center Redding, Mercy Medical Center Mt. Shasta and Shasta Regional Medical Center. She also has held the medical directorship of Neurosurgery at Mercy Medical Center Redding for the past ten years. Dr. Page is a member of many societies, including the Congress of Neurological Surgeons, American Association of Neurological Surgeons and American Epilepsy Society. She has held positions of committee membership representing North State surgeons for the American College of Surgeons, Past President of Women in Neurosurgery and also on the board of the California Association of Neurological Surgeons. She has also served as the Chief of Surgery for Mercy Medical Center Redding. Through the 'Think First for Kids' program, Dr. Page provides brain and spinal cord injury education by teaching elementary school children about brain and spinal cord injury prevention. The program is sponsored locally by Dr. Page and nationally by the American Association of Neurological Surgeons. Dr. Page is a native Californian and loves living and practicing medicine in the North State as well as spending time with her twin children, Molly and Jeffrey. In 2018, she merged her private neurosurgery practice with Shasta Orthopedics and Sports Medicine."
