I had some words with office staff over letting me in to sit at 4 mins to 7 am to sit ( I am disabled). Dr Austin did not ask my side of story... dismissed me immediately saying I called staff names and it was 20 mins to 7 am. Both untrue. Dr. Austin's bedside manners leaves a lot to be desired. I also felt she was very dismissive and not inquisitive to solve my medical needs. I wanted to like her but unfortunately would not recommend her.

I love Dr. Austin. She personable, down to earth, knowledgeable and professional. I feel completely at ease with her. Her specialty is diabetes. She treats me for other conditions.
