Excellent service.
Excellent service, after any discussion Dr. Garges always asks if any questions. We could not ask for a better back surgeon. The office staff was very friendly and helpful. Josie went beyond getting the surgery approved. We are very grateful to Dr. Garges and the office staff made everything very smooth!

Horrible staff
If you need surgery and are in extreme pain, do not go here. You have to get past the so called manager Josie. If she doesn't like you that's it. She dropped the ball twice on my family members surgery since June and still no surgery. Blamed it on the patient. When my relative said they were in pain, she tried to one up my family member and said well she's in pain too. You are here for the patient not yourself. The doctor was very nice but I do not think he knows what is going on with his manager. She is not a patient advocate. Very rude. I heard her yelling on the phone to patient's in the office as well. Does not take accountability for her actions. This is what you are greeted with if you see Dr. Garges. He lost a patient because of the way my family was treated.

I have been coming here for about 4 years
I have been coming here for about 4 years off and on. My insurance changed and I had to go to baylor school of medicine, at that time Dr. Garges wasn't in my network, so the Dr I had tried pain injections etc. (did not work for me) my insurance changed and I was glad to be under Dr. Kim Garges care. The Dr. and his staff have been super nice to me. I feel so good. The Dr. is very precise on explaining before and after surgery and Josie returned my calls, and is the best, Ty staff.

Dr. Garges is obviously experienced. His communication is on point, simple to understand...Not overwhelming. Day of operation: Staff assistants in preparation were great and especially notable. Their kindness. The preoperation procedures were comfortable and relaxed. Dr. Garges checked in with me just prior to surgery, and this was very comforting. I already have referred a co-worker to Houston Physicians Hospital as a result of HPH overall care, which was GREAT!

My operation lasted 7 hours. Was in the hospital for 6 days and then onto the 5th floor for 7 days rehab at 3 hours per day. Rehab prepared me to be able to function once released to go home. Doing in-home physical therapy 2 times a week for 8-12 weeks. Thank you to Dr. Garges for being a wonderful doctor. Looking forward to a full recovery in the months to come.

The doctor ordered several tests to provide complete diagnosis of my issues. He explained my problems and how he proposed to correct them with surgery. The type of surgery ACDF was well explained to me. This ACDF surgery was the easiest to recover from for me. There was little to no post-surgery pain. The results of my surgery were very good. Post- Surgery x-ray confirmed the positive out come. I would recommend Dr. Garges for this type of surgery to anyone.
