Dr. Lee took my son's case after several other doctor's failed to provide answers for his worsening seizure disorder and associated rare genetic diagnosis. He truly listened to my observations, explained the situation thoroughly and understandably, outlined options, and assumed responsibility for coordinating my son's complex medical specialty needs. He shows respect for my choices, and with the team he put together, I believe, saved my son's life. Phone system does need to improve though!

Dr. Lee seems to be a competent doctor. He spent time with me on our first visit. At the end of the visit he stated that they are under staffed and it can take up to 48 hours to return calls. It is far worse than that. Our daughter was having small cluster seizures after Dr. Lee changed her meds and it took me making multiple calls over 6 days to Finally speak with the ARNP. I explained that it was unacceptable to take that long, she apologized and changed her meds.

I have never personally seen or met Dr. Lee, but he seems to be the only Doctor that answers when you call the answering service for medical issues. Yesterday he told me he didn't know what I wanted him to do over the phone, I needed to stop calling the answering service, and that I need to accept the fact that not everyone with my condition is going to have a happy ending and I should just deal with it. He refused to collaborate with my neuro about urgent med increases and refills.

My daughter born with circle cell treat additional of that when she was 2 years old they found she has partial seizures. Now Dr. Lee said she don't has both wthout blood test and remove my daughter medication. I have to find another doctor for my daughter because her other doctors said his wrong and he can make a child neglect. So with don't want no give any recommendation to nobody.

Dr. Lee and his team are amazing. We had been with 2 other pediatric Neurologists and my daughter was getting worse not better. I heard about Dr. Lee and his team from a family member who worked at the hospital. Dr. Lee and his team were not on our insurance but I figured out a way around that. She had surgery November 2015 and has been seizure free ever since. They changed our lives and we are forever grateful.
