I have been to see Dr. Pervaiz for a multitude of issues from ulnar shortening, TFCC tear, cortisone shots, and ganglion cysts. He has performed 3 surgeries for me and I highly recommend him to everyone. I recommended him to a friend who has rotator cuff injuries and he also spoke very highly of him. Dr. Pervaiz is an excellent surgeon, very friendly, and a superb doctor. I always enjoy my visits to see him and trust him to perform terrific work.

I like his check-in procedure of scanning your license. It's quick and efficient. I have had both hands treated for carpal tunnel syndrome- a couple of years apart. Both healed well. Hardly any scar on my left wrist, but a bit more noticeable on my right. I attribute this to more use of my right hand while healing since I am right-handed, afterall. I was concerend witht he healing at the time, so took a picture of it and sent it to him. After looking at the picture, he called for a quick phone interview/review, and called in a prescription for me. No more tingling pain! Soooo easy- quick procedure, quick recovery, very convenient all around.

Have used Dr. Pervaiz for years, including a recent UCL surgery on my right elbow. He can seem a bit rushed sometimes, but will always take the time to answer any questions or concerns you might have and take the time to explain things. Always recommend him to all my friends/family (which happens a lot because we're all rock climbers).

Great surgeon. Did CTS surgery and I have recovered well. He is talented and skilled. The person I met - **however**- when I returned for aftercare follow up was exactly what others with 1 star reviews reported. It was as if I were dealing with a teen having a fit - more embarrassing for him really. All I was doing was being an informed patient which is usually a good thing. He is paid to fix things and he does that exceedingly well. Period. My pain is gone and that is what I saw him for to begin with.

Dr. Pervaiz was impatient and annoyed at questions. I went with my spouse to an appointment as we are worried about an issue that is unique and could be serious. Dr. Pervaiz has zero empathy or desire to talk through the concerns. He even admonished us for asking so many questions at once and then didn't answer all of them. He made us feel annoying and unreasonable for being worried or wanting more information. Terrible bedside manner and we will see out a different physician going forward.

Dr. Pervaiz operated on my rotator cuff in 2018 and my hand in 2019. Both surgeries were very successful and I am finally out of pain. He and his entire staff are friendly and personable. The OACM facility is very nice too.

I have seen Dr. Pervaiz several times and he has repaired both of my rotator cuffs. Both surgeries went very well. Recovery was good. The PT clinic associated with the practice is excellent as well. I found Dr. Pervaiz to be an excellent surgeon and would recommend him to anyone needing shoulder surgery.

About a year ago, he did surgery on my right wrist due to tendinitis. I have to say, the surgery helped me a lot, since I got the functions of my wrist back. But, I visited him today for my shoulder pain, which I have had since last year, and I mentioned that the pain is coming back to my wrist and my grip is not as strong on the right hand any more... He went on defensive mode and abruptly told me that he cannot do anything further for my wrist, and if I decide to go forward with the shoulder surgery, he will be glad to perform that. I also agree with others that his bedside manner needs work and he rushes patience and have issue taking time to listen. It's all like a surgical assembly line for him as been mentioned in other posts.
