Dr. Seng botched a hamstring tendon reattachment procedure 2+ years ago. He told me he had performed the surgery before and it is clear that he had not. He did not use a graft though the retraction was very large and, as a result, he had to blindly cut a lot of tissue below the attachment point...more

Dr. Seng reconstructed both of my ACLs. My left knee ACL was previously repaired by another physician using cadaver graft, which failed.
