Toledo, OH |
Dr. Zartman is arrogant and rude. I will not return to his office under any circumstances.
Springfield, OH |
Went to this man for problems with my ankle. Acted as if he didn't know or care about me suffering from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome. He treated me as if I was faking my injury. Also, he told me he didn't know what was wrong with me and proceeded to leave the room. Got a second opinion and my family doctor figured out what was wrong. Terrible experience.
Springfield, OH |
I had a hip break on April 21. He did my surgery on Sat. I was very scared. He was very understanding of my fears.I.am recovering now. He was very easy to talk too.
Springfield, OH |
I found Dr. Zartman easy to talk to and truly interested in the root of the problem. He wasn't rushing me through his office. which is very refreshing

I just think the office staff could be happier, friendly. I've not been in there once that I've seen the office staff or nurses very friendly or outgoing with anyone. Dr. Zartman is a really nice doctor and he is easy to talk to. Very down to earth??
