Cataract Surgery / PRK
Had premium Cataract lens surgery missed the target of both eyes / then had PRK touch up to fix and nothing changed. Felt rushed and like I was a nuisance. Definitively would not recommend Dr. Shaw.

Dr. Shah explained why he recommended the change of lenses for my cataract surgery. He was very thorough in the re-exam that was required for an injury I had sustained to my eyes. He showed the results of the test and explained everything. He made my wife and I very comfortable in his abilities to perform the surgery. I recommend Dr. Shah very highly.

Dr Shah is a competent, professional eye surgeon: I recommend him highly. In February 2018, he performed a DMEK surgery on my right eye and during the month of June 2018, he did a cataract surgery and a DMEK surgery on my left eye. With respect to vision quality, the improvement to my right eye is outstanding, and (while currently in first week of post-surgery follow-ups for the left eye DMEK procedure), results appear to be very encouraging.

Dr. Shah answered all the questions I had -- even the dumb ones! But he answered them clearly and with logic -- even the dumb ones without making me feel dumb. He also warned me of the consequences if I did not use the ointment and drops as directed. Very personable and has a sense of humor. Thanks for asking!
