      Dr. Passer says

I'm a Johns Hopkins Trained, Board Certified Medical Doctor. I am a Fellow of The American Psychiatric Association. I am Board Certified in Child & Adolescent Psychiatry, General-Adult Psychiatry and Addictionology. I try do my best to treat all patients with kindness and respect. I do not judge my patients for the problems that they have.

Generally, I disagree with the ratings from this site. "Grading" doctors in this way is highly subjective. More times than not, a patient who is happy with the care they receive will not complete an positive online review and those few patients who are not happy for one reason or another, are the ones much more likely to make a negative review. Thus, the ratings here really do not mean much at all. One can notice that on this particular review site, there is not a way to leave a comment. If one looks at the comments for me made on other sites, one can see just what my patients have taken the time to post about me.

I like this doctor. He lays it on the table which is good with me. Also smart as all git out!

I have seen Dr. Passer twice now. He has already helped me more than any other doctor ever has. I am 58 years old and started seeing Psychiatrists since I was 18. I read the last review, where someone said, Dr. Passer only wants to take the patient's money. I am sure he was just trying to be nice, instead of telling that patient, that he or she is just difficult to get along with. I know, my case is not at all easy to manage, yet, I have been treated only with respect by Dr Passer and his staff.

Would not recommend! He told me that he did not want any hard cases. He is only in it to take money,

Dr. Passer is respectful and respected. He truly cares for me as a patient and has helped me tremendously. He helped me get off drugs and then figured out I had panic attacks. Now I take a non-addictive pill at bedtime and I am essential anxiety free. I feel like Dr. Passer has helped me to just be normal and to have the life I was meant to have all along.

      Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.
