Dr Knox at OSMS Appleton WI on July 31 St performed fusion of little and ring fingers on right hand. I had a number of questions post op and sent some photos via e mail as well. All were promptly answered which were of great comfort to me. If you need hand surgery Dr Knox is the to GO guy! Tom Zoesch

Dr Knox took time for me and answered my questions. He showed me details of the xray and offered me different options for treatments. We were able to joke as well. Even though busy and teaching a student he took time and educated me. Remember our lives are fast paced and health care isn't like it used to be but he did great. Surgery scheduled for Nov 2019, my first and I'm nearly 41.

Needed to get into see a doctor for my hand, and was told they were booked for a few weeks, until I was asked if I could be seen Saturday morning. Absolutely! I really appreciate the practice having some times available on Saturday mornings, for those that have a difficult time getting in during the week, or make it better than having to go to an ER. Dr Knox gave me the time necessary, he took care of my problem and was very professional. I’d highly recommend Dr Knox.

Dr. Knox was very through and precise in explaining what he was going to do to my thumb. The outcome of the surgery was exactly how he told me it would be. I am very pleased with the surgery and the care I was given by Dr. Knox and staff.

Dr. Knox is very personable and spent a great deal of time educating me on the different options that could be pursued regarding my care plan. He helped me weigh the pro's and con's of each option and was a pleasure to deal with.

Dr. Knox did an incredible job fixing my broken pinky and lacerated tendon after I had a freak weightlifting accident. I'm 9 weeks post surgery and healing up quickly. Dr. Knox is very thorough and relatable. I highly recommend athletes who want a doctor who can relate to them to choose Dr. Knox.

Every office experience I had with Dr. Knox was a Nightmare!! He shows little interest in getting to know his patients. He kept getting me confused with someone else. HIs staff would never return my calls when I had questions about follow up appointments or specialty referrals. Very unprofessional level of care. Had I not been a Social Worker and able to advocate for myself, I would not have received answers to my questions after calling 5 times and demanding to speak to the office manager.

Dr. Knox was great with me. He explained the complete procedure from start to finish. Dr. Knox did both of my hands and elbows. The procedures went perfectly. I can't hardly see the incisions. My hands have never felt this good. No more numbness or burning. I can sleep all night now with out the wrist braces and hand going to sleep. Great job. Thanks so much.

I thought the first visit was great and I couldn't believe how bad his ratings were. After my carpal tunnel surgery, I totally agree. I opted for surgeon with a local (cheaper & I could drive). As I was waiting for the surgery to begin (after they supposedly numbed it), he was working with my hand. I told him I could still feel it. About that time he cut into my hand. I yelled. He shot more medicine in and continued. He never apologized, asked me if I was ok or check on me in recovery!

I would not recommend Dr Knox. He has terrible bed side manners! He came in the room, did not even introduce himself! He then proceeded to tell me in a very casual/sarcastic way that my injury was very common and that I just injured in a glamorous way because I injured my finger at the grand canyon. Very Unprofessional!!!!!!!! Do not waste your time or money going to him! The office is very outdated...old xray equiment!

This dr does not care. My first encounter he openeded the door and yelled WHAT to his staff with the door open. His staff is great. Him as a dr. He neefs his ego and attitude checked. He even had the audacity to ask me yes me, not look at my charts, and say what medicine were u on. Then give me something that is a "trick" medicine for pain after they stapled into a nerve. I have never nor will i ever recommend this idiot of a dr. He needs to grow up and act a lot more professiona
