When I found out my injury needed surgery I was very depressed and upset! I feel like Dr. Freedman and his staff went above and beyond to comfort me and give me awesome support and confidence that everything will be okay. Dr. Freedman even called me 24 hours after the surgery to follow up with my procedure. I felt a lot of pain, but most importantly I felt special! Six and a half months later I feel great! No pain and I feel amazing. Thank you Rothman!!!

Excellent physician. I saw him for my shoulder, and she really took the time to figure out the problem and come up with a solution. I have several friends who have used him as well

Horrible visit. Did not even examine my knee. He was frustrated when I had already received a steroid injection. Did not offer any suggestions to help improve my knee stability. I mentioned P.T. and orthotics. He clearly does NOT care about me or my knee. I think patients will receive better care and more information from another provider.

Before meniscus surgery he said conservative approach and return to activities. After surgery learned I was bone on bone and discouraged from even a walking program. Dr. Freedman oversold his surgery then left it to his PA to break the bad news to me. Really good at arrogant!

Did knee scope - hacked my knee - stitches were atrocious. When i woke in the recovery room - i asked if he could fix it and he said 'no' and i looked concerned so he said 'we'll talk about it later' and i never saw him again - he had his PA meet with us. She was great - but it was really thoughtless for the surgeon not to attend our first visit.
