Dr Banks performed a cystoscopy with laser lithotripsy and bilateral stents on me. It was the absolute worst experience of my life. I was in excruciating pain for over a week. He wasn't around afterwards for any of my questions or to check on me after going to the emergency room the day after my surgery for severe pain. He was gone from the practice before my follow up. I'm curious why... I have stayed with the practice and am now with a new Dr. who I feel has been drastically better.

Glad I found him. He’s a very attentive listener, patient, and I’ve never felt rushed. He’s never told me what to do but provided options for me to choose from. I feel very comfortable with him as my doctor. It always help if you become knowledgeable of whatever ails you so that you can work with your doctor to work as a team and not just a patient. Dr. Banks has always answered my questions and I’ve never been made to feel if I’ve asked a bad or stupid question.

Dr Banks was very professional, eager to help, and optimistic during the process of removing my renal lesion. He explained everything thoroughly and professionally and answered most questions before they even needed to be asked.
