Having been diagnosed with severe carpal tunnel syndrome Dr Kulovitz performed the surgery and I could not be more pleased with the outcome. Her kind compassionate approach and supporting staff from reception to after surgery therapy are second to none. I would highly recommend Dr Kulovitz and her team.

I cannot say enough good about Dr Kulovitz, and her staff. I had a serious cut through the tenon down to the bone across my knuckles and she and her staff stayed late and meticulously, layer by layer, sticked my hand. I called her office and her secretary coordinated as I was on my way to Libertyville, Dr Kulovitz drove all the way from Elmhurst to help me and I didn't even know her. It looks like a plastic surgeon did the work. God Bless this woman. I Truly cannot say enough good about her wo

Dr Kulovitz is truly kind, compassionate, and caring! I saw her as a second opinion when my work comp doctors were not helping me. If you have had an experience where you were not heard - she will listen! Also, she will actually do a physical exam! She will go over treatment options honestly and when possible recommend holistic care which I appreciate! I had lots of questions, so she allowed me to wait during another appointment and she came back to answer them - unheard of in this day and age!!

My experience with Dr. Kulovitz' office was exceptional, not just with her but with the entire staff. The therapists (Katy & Holly) were very knowledgeable and explained everything in detail, including at home exercises and treatments. The billing representative was very patient dealing with our military health care system. The receptionists as well as Dr. K's assistants were always very professional and helpful. Truly a pleasant experience; very glad Tricare sent me there..

Each appointment Dr. Kulovitz spent time explaining things and answering questions without me feeling rushed. She is friendly and made me feel at ease going into surgery. She is very meticulous and I barely have a scare. Everyone that sees my finger is surprised at how good it looks. Thank you Dr. Kulovitz! No one ever wants to have to surgery but I am glad we were referred to you!!! And would recommend you to others.

Highly recommended. Dr. Kulovitz and the staff of Chicago Hand and Orthopedic Surgery Centers are simply excellent, and I am extremely thankful they were there to help me mend after a severe injury to my left hand (wouldn’t you know, it’s also my dominant hand). I’ve had 3 hand surgeries and many hours of occupational therapy over the last 6 months. During this time, the level of empathy, professional care and consultation was superb: I highly recommend them (and also thank them!)

Dr. Kulovitz is amazing, so yes I would most definitely recommend her. She is very gentle, kind, understanding and she takes her time and does not rush through an appointment. She just did cubital tunnel surgery on me 3 weeks ago. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this surgeon. She has a wonderful bedside manner, like no other doctor I have ever met.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Kulovitz She was very friendly and knowledgeable she was able to tell me what was wrong with my thumb the first visit even after 2 other Orthopedic doctors said it was something else. She was also very good with the follow up in making sure I got the Physical therapy I needed I would definitely go to her again and recommend her to anyone.

Dr. Kulovitz was terrific at explaining a tendon surgery if the shot did not fix my "trigger finger". She was very good at alleviating the pain from the shot, which had to be divided into two since this time I not only had the middle finger on my left hand, but debilitating pain and weakness in my left thumb. She is thorough, professional, and compassionate. She really cares about her patients.
