The wait is long. But after seeing the doctor it made so much sense. She is definitely a professional, knows her stuff. She took great care of me . Diagnosed something 2 other doctors missed and it was confirmed with MRI . I am lucky to be alive because of my eye doctor! Me, my family and every friend I know will be her patient her for life . sit patiently , bring book worth every minute

Went to Dr Marcelin for 2 opinion After cataract surgery. other local eye doctors surgery did not go well. I was referred to another popular doctor but you can’t get in with him. He only sees you for surgery. He has the eyeglass doctors working for him. So I found Dr Marclin through a recommendation . She is amazing! She’s sees patients and runs her own practice She operates in my eye and did the other eye operation with eye laser They both turned out perfect!! I am sending everyone . She has so much more zest, intelligence, and personality then the “robot”doctor. I only went here because the hospital referred me but I’m happy I found someone else. Dr. Marcelin is the best hands down!! I’m so happy to have such a good doctor that cares!

The new Office is beautiful . The doctor trained at top schools in NY ( NYU & MtSina) and it shows ! She is fantastic and sharp as a whip! I sent her my brother who had 1 eye and local doctors were scared to operate . I asked her to save my brother and she did have him the best sight ever . He was totally blind from cataracts , and he sees perfectly . Thank you for saving him. I Reccomend everybody

She’s an excellent surgeon and is so incredibly intelligent. I feel so lucky that she’s my doctor . She did a double cataract and big glaucoma surgery on my eyes and I see incredibly well! The laser cataract surgery is the best! My vision is worth every penny and every minute with her in her office

Dr Marcelin & Hudson Optalmology is fantastic! She is a dynamo zipping away, and attending to her endless patients. I have been “seeing” her for years! She is a special doctor because she’s honest and cares about you, and your life and takes great care of your eyes. I had laser cataract surgery with her and it’s the best thing & investment I ever made in myself . I see & feel great . Be prepared to wait in her office , bring material with you. But the best things in life - like vision - is worth waiting for by a doctor whose smart , beautiful and cares.

I have been a patient of doctor Marcelin for about 10 years now. She’s very professional and yet caring, thoughtful, and spend time with her patients ,and make you very confortable. She’s an asset to the community. I had laser surgery with her, and I am having cataract surgery soon. I am at ease knowing I’ll be in good hands.

You’ll be waiting all day and she could care less! Make sure you check your test results because they’ll mix them up or lose them. Staff is constantly changing and clueless. Dr. Marcelin is very unprofessional and rude. After she threw my file I asked for my copay to be returned and they purposely made me wait until I finally asked for my card back and stopped payment myself. What a disappointment!

The staff give a warm welcoming and work with you the patient. Dr. Marcelin is so warm and relaxing with greetings and conversation. for me so relaxing you are comfortable in the examination and treatments that will make you whole. I have seen her about 5 years traveling a long distance. She knows me and my eyes after performing 2 eye surgeries and other treatments and my bi-annual exams. Dr. Marcelin is wonderful and so comforting.

Dr Marcelin was not only a pleasure to work with, she met and totally exceeded my expectations. She is intelligent and frank, and answered questions others were reluctant to even listen to. How refreshing to meet a doctor who not only listens, but thoughtfully replies and can suggest a plan to further explore the options that are open to me. If you're looking for excellence, you have found your doctor!

Poorly run office, last visit took over 2.5 hours before I saw doctor and now had my follow-up visit cancelled. Might be a great doctor but customer service is lacking. My time has to mean something.

Dr. Marceline and her staff make you feel so at ease with your visit. When I had my eye surgery there was no worry on my part that she would be anything but good at what she do. I think she is an excellent doctor and I would recommend her highly.

Walked out on first appointment w/o exam. Door was locked at appointment time, I had to call to get them to open for me. Then I found out there was another patient scheduled for same time frame. Staff was a bit hard to communicate with, but that was NOT the reason for my bad review.
