About Me

Care Philosophy

I have a strong interest in working with adolescents. The importance of habits such as good nutrition, exercise, and structured peer activity were illustrated during my years as a teacher, as well as from countless personal lessons during an 18 year gymnastics career. I believe in emphasizing these healthy living habits in all my patients, and particularly in teens.
