changed when I hit medicare age
After seeing me for 10 years with private insurance and having prescribed synthroid daily for life, she refused Medicare at 65 and would not renew rx without seeing me even though I sent her labwork. Calls never reached a nurse to actually talk to during office hours. I gave a time to call me back but she called 2 hrs later than I said so missed it. I am fed up.

no i wont recomend docter erland she doesnt care for her patients and will drop you if yu dont have the insurance she likes she doesent care for her patients beware of docter erland and dont trust her

Made an appt a week prior, office called with a cancelation time, so I switched, then they called again to see if could come later due to Personal Dr family matter, so I agreed. When I showed up with my mask on, my temp was taken as precaution & was normal. I have had the Covid vaccine & had a cold/flu 2 weeks prior with symptoms of no smell or taste & a cough w/body aches;no fever. I made the mistake of telling the nurse that My taste was still gone, but I was there for pains in my chest that I was hoping to just see if was pericarditis again, which would just require a steroid & antibiotic, but the DR refused to see me; told the nurse I was to go straight to the ER. I was also going to talk to her about other things, but was so shocked, I got angry and left. I don't have COVID and very disappointed couldn't see Dr. I did not go to ER because I know my body enough to know I didn't need to. I am so tired of this crap & uncertainty scaring our Doctors so we can't get care!

Dr Erland was my dr for 9 years and I would have had the same positive reviews as above until my last visit. She appears to be fighting insurance company’s restrictions and times of what she can talk about on restricted visits. Instead of informing clients prior to appointment she’s decided to drop the conversation on clients in a extremely hostile way.(dr jeckel -Mr hyde) ignorant personal attacks, finger pointing, and all the while stating it’s not about the money or time factors but it’s completely about the money. My blood pressure before seeing dr same day was 118/77 after being attacked personally she retook blood pressure and it was 158/107,I would say she’s lucky I didn’t have a stroke after her cruel treatment with me. Personal health use to be a priority and now she’s not able to help with your whole Heath issues on a visit and wants you rebook several appoints to cover any other concerns you may have or need help with. Completely about money not your health. I used to refe

The best doctor I have ever had. She is intelligent, articulate, compassionate, and down to earth. A true advocate for my health. She shows an interest in me as a person and not just the next appointment. I would highly recommend her for anyone with complex health issues that enjoys a small office atmosphere in a modern clinic setting.

I am a former patient of Dr. Erland. She is the best doctor I have seen. I only changed to another doctor because of the location of office and I live in Nampa. She stays current with medical studies and passes on valuable information to patient. She is a doctor you can trust has your best interest when making medical decisions, and explains options fully. I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Erland as an excellent choice for doctor of internal medicine.

I was very careful in researching before I chose Dr. Erland. It is interesting that Dr. Erland's reviews were either 5-star or 1-star, nothing in between. I always look at the lowest star reviews and decided those were unreliable in this case. I have seen her twice and have found her to be thorough, caring, knowledgeable, easy to talk to, and willing to take adequate time with me. I could not be more pleased with this doctor. Her staff were pleasant to me and her office was beautiful.

Dr. Erland is a very knowledgeable doctor. She sees the whole picture and doesn’t just focus on one thing. She very friendly and also thorough. I like the office staff as well. Her new location is convenient and welcoming! She makes sure I’m up on my shots. Pretty much the perfect doctor for me!

I have been seeing Dr. Erland for a while now and she is very down to earth and personable. What I like is if she has not dealt with my specific issue she is up front and lets me know. She even called the dermatologist from next door to come over and take a look at my skin! And I didn't get a bill for his consult! I really like that she is very relatable!

I began seeing Dr. Erland when she replaced my previous doctor. She is excellent. Easy to talk to. Patient, understanding, looks you in the eye, and doesn't just write notes the whole time. I have recommended my daughter and friend to her. I moved across town and drive 30 minutes to see her now, it's worth it.

Dr. Keri Erland is an extremely caring physician who takes as much time as needed with her patients to listen and review conditions, issues, and concerns. She approaches my particular health concerns and conditions in a holistic manner to help me maintain good habits and optimal good health. Her staff, medical assistant Crystal and receptionist Natalie, is amazing! I cannot recommend Erland Internal Medicine highly enough!

I have never had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Erland. She came highly recommended to me and I promptly called her office. The receptionist was very cold and uncaring. I was very disappointed but was still willing to make an appt . The soonest she could get me in was 45 days latter. End of year, I get it. But I did not have my Jan schedule yet so I called back on Friday and now she is out till mid March (again very cold shoulder from the staff) I need a DR. that is able to see me when I need her.

Dr. Erland is excellent! I appreciate that she takes whatever time I need without making me feel like she is rushing me. She listens to what I say and takes it into consideration in her assessment of the situation. She is willing to "think outside of the box" and comes up with solutions. She and her staff are friendly and go out of their way to get me whatever information I need. She is one of the best doctors I have ever gone to.

I was diagnosed with MS and I credit Dr. Erland for my early diagnosis. She listens to her patients, systematically goes through each concern to reach an accurate diagnosis. She is caring and compassionate and even helped me put my socks and shoes back on during a visit. I trust her with my life and wellness and I would recommend her to anyone I loved. No matter how big or small a problem I have may be, she makes me feel like I matter. Her staff is equally as compassionate and caring.
