I'm exceptionally disappointed. We've seen Dr. Kyger since July (currently January) and we've tried to give him the room to diagnose and treat our son with ADHD/ODD (per his diagnosis), and we've seen him bi-weekly. Little has been done in those meetings, and he's not communicated well with us as parents. He is a nice guy, but I have to be honest and say he's not helping us. He simply hands us a handwritten script for various medicines that we can't see are improving (so he tries to give us more and we still see no improvement). His office managment is a disaster. They have their phones on their answering service when they should be open, both late in the morning and before closing should occur. They are flippant with information, and just overall careless. I am so overly frustrated, and honestly, I feel like we've been scammed for our fees bi-weekly since July. Save yourself time, money and frustration. No talking or counsel, just a bunch of handwritten scripts.

This guy should NOT be practicing medicine anymore. He's not up to date with newer medications and recent procedures. He has an archaic view of what bipolar disorder is, and as nice as he is he will talk your ear off about whatever world news, almost seemingly forgetting why you're there. His office is the most disorganized and the personnel get defensive when confronted about mistakes (typically billing). The charged me for services I never received countless times. Very unprofessional.

He is a caring provider who looks out for his patients. Scheduling takes awhile as he does it all himself on paper.
