Dr. Kenneth Taylor, MD

Orthopedic Surgery | Male

My approach to being an Orthopedic Surgeon is to take good care of the patients who entrust themselves or their families to me. I always try to be conservative and treat you without surgery whenever possible and do my best during operative treatment when it is necessary. My goal is for you to leave my office understanding your condition and having had your questions answered. Today's world of medicine is challenging for patient's and their doctors alike. I will do my best to stand out as a "regular guy" and talk to you in terms that you can understand.

Dr. Taylor is great and I recommend him to everyone. I lived with pain for years on my shoulder and after my surgery I feel great. He is also bilingual which made it easy for me.

My name is Gary Johnston . Dr Taylor did my knee replacement surgery. He is a professional at all times . He has taken excellent care of me before , during and after the surgery. His office calls you to make sure you are doing good after surgery, if you need to speak with Dr.Taylor he calls you back very promptly. He cares about his patients and I would recommend him very highly .

I would like to begin by saying I've had a great experience with Dr Taylor. I fell in my house and broke my knee cap on a Sunday and Dr Taylor was performing surgery on Monday to repair my broken knee cap. I must add I have no insurance and was taken by ambulance to the nearest hospital which happened to be Memorial Pembroke, Dr. Taylor still performed the costly surgery and also has continued to see me and follow up with my care. Just the other day he performed an x-ray of my knee for free.

I think Dr. Taylor is a great surgeon and caring doctor. He listens to your questions and takes an interest in helping you get better. I have gone to quite a few doctors and he is the best ever. He is totally devoted to his profession. The office staff makes you feel at ease and welcome. A truly professional doctor and staff.

I was on vacation in Hollywood Florida and developed an infection on my right knee. I went to the emergency room of Memorial Hospital. After a full day at his practice, Dr. Taylor came to see me at 11pm after getting information from the hospital of my condition. Dr. Taylor examined me and then proceeeded to perform minor surgery at 1am in morning in the operating room to clean my infection. I have never experience such dedication from any doctor. I highly recommend him.

I had a total hip replacement three weeks ago. Dr Taylor is a very skilled surgeon and did an excellent job. I went home from the hospital the day after surgery. I am walking with a cane and getting stronger by the day. Dr Taylor has been very kind, accommodating and is extremely professional. I cannot recommend him enough.

I saw Dr. Taylor for a second opinion regarding my hands. I was able to get an appointment in a very timely and efficient manner. Dr. Taylor and his staff were friendly, informative and listened to my concerns. Dr. Taylor explained my treatment options and did not rush me into a decision. I received an injection in my hand which Dr. Taylor administered very easily with little discomfort. I will be continuing my treatment with Dr. Taylor. His staff is easily reached with one phone call.

Dr. Kenneth W. Taylor operated on both of my knees in 2012 & 2013, total knee replacement. He did for me what the VA medical Center could not do for me a Vietnam Veteran, I highly recommend Dr. Taylor for any Orthopedic surgery you may have. I have no pain on my knees, I can swim just as good as before, climb stairs up and down with no pain. Armando Lopez Jr.

Great personality, friendly, very informative, great surgeon, you can barely see the scar, and this is 6 weeks out of surgery. I would highly recommend him to anyone even the most afraid person.
    in Hollywood, FL |
Dr. Taylor told me I would be walking with my new knee in a short time. It is 6 weeks since my surgery and I am indeed walking. He did a great job! I got an appointment quickly before and after surgery. My wait time at most was 10 minutes. He has a great attitude and bedside manner. He is a skilled surgeon and didn't make my knee look like Frankentstein stitches. Looking to have him do my other knee in the fall. Would definitely recommend.
    in Ft Lauderdale, FL |
Dr. Taylor treated my wife Cindy Coombs for a broken wrist, he lso performed surgery for the same. i found him the consummate professional, he kept me informed every step of the way, and his followup care has been top shelf. I would recommend him to anyone.

Caring Physician that is an excellent surgeon and terrific person.
    in Hallandale, FL |
Can you say Dr Marcus Welby ? Bedside manner and professional attitude beyond reproach. 14 years of visits and all of them have been delightful and competent. Highly recommend to all my family and friends
    in Jensen Beach, FL |
Dr Taylor came in to Regional Memorial emergently and saw me promptly when the ER MD called him. He was kind, courteous and professional! He explained the procedure to me and also repeated himself very patiently because I was so scared I could not understand! He made me feel very good when he told me who was going to do what to me and told me these coworkers were the very best! My Phys Therapist is exremely impressed with the work he did on the badly fractured wrist! I'm healiing well!
This doctor(?) don't even deserve one star. ABSOLUTELY unprofessional. You never see this man. You speak to the receptionist who runs back and forth to deliver messages from him to patient. I came in for a prior wrist fracture that happened 4 days earlier and the wrist was already straightend/ manipulated WITH FULL SEDATION. This creep of a doctor gave us the bill of $2100 first unless we would pay $860 cash. I did not agree with him regarding re breaking my wrist without any pain relief.
