Everyone in the office was so nice. Dr. Pfahler was great! Very personable and thorough. He went over all my blood work and explained things to me so I would understand everything. I got a clean bill of health,so I’m thrilled!

I have recently been a patient of Dr. Pfahler . My experience at his office was more pleasant than I expected. Not only a caring staff . Dr. P himself made me so comfortable and I felt free to ask questions. After running a few test he assured me my heart is fine.. So glad to have him here in Englewood. My only negative remark is the waiting time.

I'm proud to say that Dr. Pfahler has been caring for me for 10+ years. He has been loyal and attentive to a heart condition preparing me for my Aortic Valve replacement in July of 2016. He is compassionate, at the top of his game in knowledge, uniquely interesting and the 'best' listener!! Fortunate for me that I found him when I did. Kudos to his entire staff from first impressions, Front Desk, to nurses, technicians and doctors. Happy Hearts all around!!

My mother has been very happy with Dr. Pfahler, but his staff is unorganized and unsympathetic. Maria in particular is who my mother dealt with, yet she told my mother everyone in the office is aware of my mother (like she's a fool) and that she is not the only one with problems. When your patients are scared and without information, perhaps that is not the time to completely lose your professionalism. Dr. Pfahler should reconsider having staff around who make elderly patients cry.
