Dr. Miller's research interests include colorectal cancer screening and development of novel technologies in therapeutic endoscopy. Dr. Miller has been widely published and has spoken both nationally and internationally, and he also has served as an instructor at several top-ranked medical schools. Dual-board-certified in both internal medicine and gastroenterology, Dr. Miller completed his undergraduate degree at Cornell University and his medical degree and New York University School of Medicine where he graduated with highest honors, followed by an internship and residency in internal medicine at Harvard Medical School Beth Israel Hospital. In addition, Dr. Miller completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at Mount Sinai Medical Center where he was named the Hope Babette Tang Research Fellow.
