This Dr is extremely rude and unprofessional. He not only talked down to me, treating me as if I was dumb while I had a concern about MERSA in my nose. He then didn’t even give me any advice or treatment and left me in the dark to research on my own. To top this off my insurance left an amount unpaid and without a warning or even a bill sent to me I’m now getting a call from a dept collector. Don’t go to this Dr he is rude and uncaring.

I was referred to Dr. Mak because I had a TDC in my throat. I was a little nervous because I was seeing mixed reviews on here and I wasn't sure what type of experience I was going to have with this Doctor. I have to say that Dr. Mak exceeded my expectations. He was very knowledgeable about my problem and the surgery required to remove it. He listened to my concerns and put me at ease about all of it. He operated on me about a week ago and he did a fantastic job! P.S. Staff was great as well!
