FIND A DIFFERENT DOCTOR!! My wife and my first appt. with Dr. Fink should have caused us to find another doctor. His first question was And why do you want to see me? My wife was fighting lung cancer. When my wife and I left, she said I think he was more concerned about you than me. She weighed 135 lbs on the first visit and during the nine months she had dropped to 87 lbs. He NEVER addressed her weight loss. When asked a question, he sometimes had to search the internet to find an answer.

Why Does Experience Matter?

Even specialists specialize. One orthopedic surgeon might do nothing but hip surgeries, while another does nothing but knees. If you want the best possible care, it’s critical to match your medical need with the doctor who truly specializes in treating it.

Dr. Fink's Care Philosophy

My approach to caring for Hematology and Oncology patients is to dedicate myself to understanding each individual's health problems and formulate a specific evaluation and treatment approach particular to them. I seek to find all details relevant to make a best treatment approach, and include each patient with the decision making process. I educate patients in order for them to understand their problem, thereby enhancing the treatment outcome. I believe teaching is as important as treating.
