After choosing the best surgeon I thought for my situation and references, I waited an hour and half and was told there are 6 patients ahead of me and I WILL see Dt. Watson. Who is he? Surgery scheduled at 10:30. 4 hours later after he speaks to me in the OR and tells me they are jist waiting on the room to be cleaned he is no where to be found with no explanation to his patient as to why im waiting so long. Very poor professionalism. Not a real doctor in my book.

Then theyhave confusion on getting me a ct scan and make it seem like its my fault. I was told surgery is gonna happen at 7am and not even 24 hours before surgery i get a call...more
