in Honolulu, HI |
Dr. Baum fixed my cataract and inserted a corrective lens for astigmatism. He was very friendly and explained the operation to my satisfaction. I would highly recommend him to others.
My first impressions about my first visit wasn't good at all. He wasn't very friendly. I felt his staff treated me with better respect. I felt uneasy with his approach. There wasn't any explanation on what he was looking at or what he planned to do next. He seemed to get a little bit angry or bitter when I addressed him on my concerns. He didnt have an answer for me and at times, both his arms would flare up in some kind of frustration as if to say he's never wrong and changed his tone of voice
