Hard to review. Dr. Cole is not my problem; she takes time to understand your problems and has wonderful bedside manner. The office is the problem. I have never ever had someone there answer the phone, return calls are never prompt and it is not unusual to wait HOURS to see the doctor. As long as the staff is this inefficient, I cannot recommend Dr. Cole to others.

Dr. Cole is the most knowledgeable and patient person you could find. I've been seeing her eight years for managing my RA. I wouldn't want to think where my health would be without her expertise! Thank you!

I have been a patient of Dr. Cole's for over a decade, and have been satisfied with her care, in spite of the normal 2 hour wait, until recently. Her staff are rude and impolite, but always before Dr. Cole has treated me with dignity. Then, due to illness and unfortunate change in job status, my insurance has changed. I have not seen Dr. Cole since. I have been handed over to a PA, and the rudeness of her staff has increased to the point that I will now do without treatment.

This was my first meeting with Dr. Cole. She was very understanding and took the time to discuss my situation and possible action to take going forward. I was very impressed with her willingness to listen and how easy she was to talk to.

There are Primary Care Physicians, that will try to find out why you hurt this way or why you are so sick. Dr. Cole will do a thorough exam and if she can't figure it out, she is on the phone talking to other doctors, then she will do a referral to another doctor that will also try to figure it out. I like that, she is not to proud to say We might need some help here. She listens and gives you good feedback. The staff does need some work though, which I think they might be working on now.
