I feel like if I have a health issue her first response is a prescription. I have been going to her for over 10 years and am ready to switch. She is sweet, but each appt is just like the last. No real interaction, many or her responses to me are exactly the same. Kind of rote responses.

I have been a patient of Dr White for more than 10 years. When I began with her I was in my mid thirties and didn't have many issues so she was fine for colds and flu. Now I realize how terrible she is. She makes no thorough review of my medical chart before I go in, so she never makes any connections on chronic medical issues. I had to self refer to both a neurologist and orthopaedic doctor after three years of chronic issues. She never caught them. I am changing doctors finally!

Dr. White is a great physician which is why I have been a patient for 8 years. But thank God I am pretty healthy because every time I have an appointment the wait time to see her in the office is at minimum 35 minutes from the time my appointment was scheduled. This is horrible to try and plan around. They need to do a better job with scheduling and patient wait times.

new patient, haven't yet met Dr White - but so far my experiences with her office = poor. Late January I called to make an appt and was told the first available wasn't until mid-May. I took the appt & asked if I could be put on a waiting list & was laughed at... the waiting list is over 3 pages, I doubt you'll be seen any sooner . In pain now, I called to see if any Dr could see me and was told No, b/c I haven't had my 1st appt yet. Perhaps you shouldn't be taking any new patients!
