Dr. Rich is an amazing physician. He is a skilled professional and a compassionate man. He completed a tumor subsection for me in March 2017. It was successful and within 60 days I was healing and off any prescription medication. Dr. Rich ensured that I was well informed resulting in my understanding every stage of my recovery. I strongly recommend him.

A family member has an inoperable brain tumor he was the neurosurgeon who performed the biopsy. Her check in time was 0900. They finally took her to pre-op an 1300. Post surgery, he was vague and ambiguous. There were abnormal cells but the pathology would take a week. He told us she had to have someone with her 24/7, but not what to expect. A week later, he told her she could have seizures. Pathology is glioma, but he would not provide the grade. We have to get this from oncologist.

Dr. Rich was just excellent! He was my lead neurosurgeon when I was diagnosed with a brain tumor and cyst. He is very invested in his patients. He made multiple room visits to check on me every day. He took time to explain the entire surgery and recovery process not only to me, but to my family. I couldn't have been better cared for.

He did my father's operation. He is so nice and professional. My father ows his life to him. He listens to the patients their family carefully. He also spends time for reviewing any other images or isues after surgery. Highly recommended.

I had a deep brain stimulator placed and Dr. Rich was my surgeon. He and his staff failed to remember/note that I was on an opiate antagonist and so no opiate pain melds would work for me. Needless to say, I was in horrible pain during & after my surgery until they remembered I had to have non-opiate meds. He has no bedside manner & his nurse was totally condescending. I have a really ugly scar, too...like a 5-year old stitched me up. No follow up concern or help. What a terrible experience!
