Dr Ratzlaff is such a great doctor for my 89 year old mother. He listens and explains to her. He takes as much time as needed to meet with us! We never feel rushed!!! He has a great sense of humor!!!

Dr. Ratzlaff is not thorough. He is good at referring and collecting the office visit charge. He explains things well and is matter-of-fact, but he does not look at the whole patient, and his humor is offensive, not funny.
