Great experience!!!
I'm a new patient and didn't know what to expect. I must say that Dr. Lawhorn is awesome! He's so personable! I've never had a shoulder injury before so really took his time explaining my diagnosis when I asked for it in layman's terms. Talking to him is like talking to a friend.

Dr. Lawhorn ! Absolutely the BEST !!!!
I torn both tricep tendons off the bone and torn the triceps muscle . Dr. Lawhorn assured me he can fix this. And he did! I have experienced absolutely no pain at all in tricep or tendon after surgery. I am on my way to full recovery . The good doctor takes his time to explain the recovery and takes his time to listen as if I am his only patient. As he treats many. Dr. Lawhorn is a very skilled surgeon and he will always have my deepest respect. Thank you Dr. Lawhorn for taking such great care of me. And healing me better than before . As I like to joke with Him after market parts are always better than the originals .. ??…. I cannot say enough great things about him. He is truly the best and will take great care of you.

Dr Lawhorn is absolutely the best!
I had a shoulder injury that was not fully fixed by my first surgeon. Dr Lawhorn performed an awesome fix that has corrected the situation. So yes, I am a huge fan of his for his expertise as a surgeon. However, there’s more that he did that put him on a pedestal in my eyes. He’s a really nice person who listens to patients, offers sound advice on options, is an incredible resource and makes a patient feel really well taken care of. Thank you, Dr Lawhorn.

Excellent doctor
Dr. Lawhorn was patient, answered all my questions and discussed pros and cons of various treatment alternatives. We were then able to agree on a treatment plan and plan next steps. An excellent dialogue with a physician which is becoming harder to achieve. Thanks doesn’t say enough!

Had an appointment for Dr Lawhorn to review MRI results and make recommendations for future care. Dr Lawhorn asked questions and did some physical assessments. I have a rotator cuff injury. Dr Lawhorn clearly stated the treatment plan, both short term and long term, and issued a referral for physical therapy.
