Bad Doctor Experience
This doctor does a disservice to the medical profession. What he lacks in people skills he fails to make up for in caring. He told me to stop taking a medication he deemed as causing the problem. I have been on that medication for years without a problem. When I asked him why it would change suddenly he did not respond other that the med is the cause. He did not offer an alternate med to compensate. When I asked questions became condescending . I left in the same condition I arrived in. This was a waste of time and money. I discontinued the med as he recommended, that was 3.5 months ago. The problem still exists. Guess he was wrong! found a new doctor. problem now being addressed.

Dr. Holmes listens and he answer's any question honestly. Any time I need to make an appointment they make room for me. Every employee in the office (Central) makes me feel important. Unlike other Dr. offices, I feel like everyone, including Dr. Holmes, actually cares about me and my health/concerns and doesn't look at me as a money making opportunity. I highly recommend Dr. Holmes.

Dr. Holmes is very professional and has a very good bedside manner. He responded to me with some test results while he was on vacation which was very unexpected. The software that his office uses is very nice and extremely useful. Glad I swapped GP/

My first time there and the office staff was so nice and helpful. Dr. Holmes was thural with his exam and helped me to get a new arthritis Dr.. Very pleased with my choice of physician.

I wish I could give Dr. Holmes ZERO stars. I went to see Dr. Holmes the first time in September 2016. At this time he became my primary care physician. He has now refused to refill a vital medication and referred me to a neurologist for a refill. I tried to get the neurologist to refill, but he wouldn't before seeing me. After 2 brain tumors & 4 craniotomies I am without an anti-seizure drug. I am not supposed to go without this drug. If I have seizures because of this, it will be his fault.

You can count on Dr. Holmes to be thorough. Additionally in my case, I suffered symptoms of Meniere's disease prior to having ever being seen by Dr. Holmes. There was a simple fix for this that many doctors I saw prior to Dr. Keith Holmes were unaware even 17 years later! The wait time is reasonable and his staff out in Central are wonderful! I recommend Dr. Keith Holmes to all my friends and family.
