Washington, DC |
Dr. Heier is top notch. I have not had an easy road with my foot but Dr. Heier has discussed every single option with me. He discussed my concerns and hesitations but in the end he told me truthfully what we needed to do. I am still in recovery but I totally trust Dr. Heier's advice and his staff.

You will be hard pressed to find a better foot and ankle surgeon! He recently performed complex surgery on my son who's foot is anatomically abnormal and was causing daily pain. He was direct and a really skilled surgeon to have accomplished what he was able to do in one surgery.
Carrollton, TX |
It's really difficult to find physicians who spend time with patient and family and explains the condition in detail. Dr. Heier is one of the best physicians I have seen who understands patient-centered and holistic care. His exceptional professionalism and clinical expertise is impressive. I would give him 10/10 for his clinical explanation, patience, customer service, and professional skills.

I broke a bone in my foot and Dr. Heier and his staff were efficient and professional. I highly recommend him!
in Garland |
My son had a severely broken heel that required surgery. Dr. Heier was fabulous and explained everything thoroughly. A few months after surgery, he was back to playing sports with no adverse affects and no pain! We interviewed 3 doctors before choosing him for the surgery. We made the right choice!
in Dallas, TX |
I had a triple osteotomy for a pretty bad bunion 5 days ago. Dr. Heier made me feel very comfortable and informed about what was going on, and the method he would use to correct my foot. I have not felt pain since day 3 and am completely off pain meds. I have heard horror stories about this surgery, but I believe he is the best there is. There is a long road to full recovery, but I'm 100% confident in his care.
in Lewisville |
He is a good surgeon but with poor bedside manner. He has never spend more than 2 or 3 minutes with my husband who is his patient during the follow up appt. he hardly offers any advice or guidance. He thinks the questions we ask are stupid and doesn't answer properly. We have to find answers to our questions by surfing through the internet. People at the front desk are horrible.
