Dr. Eppich as a doctor is a good doctor. He unfortunately have chosen to be with a practice that can't get their billing correct. My husband had a physical back in the middle of 2017. A whole 3 years ago. Last year, nearly 2 years later I started receiving a bill for the physical. I had provided insurance and insurance covers 100% of physicals. I know this because the rest of my family was covered. I wrote them letters repeatedly to which I got no response. I must have written them a letter at least 3 to 4 times and called (no answer every time) multiple times to resolve this issue. Usually insurance companies will not accept old bills from that old so I ran out of time. However, I am not sent to collections for a bill that they should have billed the insurance for correctly. They should have responded to my letters. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. If you do not want to pay more than you truly owe then do not go to any doctor at this practice. Their staff can't not bill correctly.

Dr. Eppich is an incredible physician. He cares about his patients and their well-being. He is very thorough in his healthcare and believes in correcting an issue and not covering with a band-aid via medicine!!

When you can see doctor Eppich he is good. However, the Village Health Care phone and office management is the worst I’ve seen. It takes up to 2 hours and multiple transfers and holds to get an answer From anyone. Also, I am in assisted living and the place has contacted Dr Eppich about time sensitive prescriptions with no or late response. We have seen Dr Eppich for many years but are considering switching because of the office management.

I have been a patient of Dr. Eppich's since 2013 and don't see myself looking elsewhere for another doctor. He isn't the easiest Dr to get an appointment with, but is willing to make accommodations as necessary. I referred my very picky husband to Dr. Eppich, but was slightly nervous sending him there since he himself works in healthcare and has extremely high standards for health professionals and he had an amazing experience!

A patient can have only can have seven minutes or three problems. If more than seven minutes or 3 problems, must schedule another appointment. Treated like cattle going down the chute for slaughter. Major misdiagnosis, only looks at the surface, gives prescriptions for symptoms, but never the underlying reason for the symptom. He sure likes to talk about his running rather than listening to the patient's problems. Can't imagine that it's a thorough physical exam when your body is never touched.

I have been a long time patient of Dr. Eppich, but I am dropping him. He missed diagnosing my bladder infection during my last visit. I came in because I noticed very high blood pressure, for which he gave me a new prescription, but when asked about my bladder problem, he said, "I just want to treat one problem at a time". I found another doctor who successfully treated that condition and further found and treated the infections root cause.
