Worst MS doctor i’ve seen. Told me he will “cure me” on the first visit. We know there is no cure. Three different MS docs i saw disagreed with his findings. He got very loud and angry. Takes notes on scrap paper and seems senile. Forgets your name and changes course constantly.Weeks to respond, Office, including bathrooms, not clean, and no distancing with infusion, next patient was 3feet away.

He is not a good listener. He actually told me that I was feeling better when the opposite is true. I told him I was feeling worse. Then at a follow-up visit he was actually very surprised when I told him AGAIN that I was worse.

I have been a MS patient of Dr. Edwards sense 1985. He is the most brilliant Doctor I have ever known and is compassionate. He has treated me with the upmost respect and has always listened to me. He has even gone as far as giving me his own personal cell phone number for when I have emergency situations. If this is 5 star rating, I give Dr. Edwards and his staff 10 stars! WSH RTR, MLT, BAS

Dr. Edward's and his staff is nothing but outstanding . He's always ahead of the game with new treatments . When I have questions for him he answered them . His nurse was in the room also to make sure I understood everything he was discussing with me. The staff is always warm and welcoming when I arrive. I'm so glad I made the decision to enter this practice. I've never known so much about MS until I met with Dr. Edward's. I'm happy I was referred to this office.

Happy Patient in Lake Luzerne – Jan 29, 2019

He spends more time telling you all about the publications he has been in, or studies his patients are partcipating in, than he does listening to his patient. He will not tolerate a patient who questions his treatments. I requested records to be sent to another neuro for a srcond opinion and he had his staff call me to say that he will no longer see me as a patient and I should continue follow up with the other neuro.

Keith Edwards is incompetent. He pretended to care about my wife while treating her MS until days after she started an expensive drug (Ocrevus) at which time he told her she was healed. We were stunned by this (he told her weeks earlier she was near paralysis with ongoing MS relapses) when even worse he yelled at her that he was done talking (after less than 5 minutes during appt. he scheduled), stomped out of exam room and then hid behind his office staff/refused to discuss his behavior.

He is cutting edge! He cares about how I am feeling and takes my pain seriously, always doing his best to find a way to treat my migraines. What had been debilitating migraines are now treated and manageable. Not only that, he found areas of pain that I had been living with and relieved them.

I have no complaints about Dr. Keith, he's an excellent provider and I genuinely caring for his patients. Unfortunately, I can't say the same for his staff as some are not as understanding and interested in maintaining his medical practice. Much to my dismay, I will need to seek another provider...

Since Jan., 2010 I have had a Chronic Nonresponsive Migraine?. I was bedridden in terrible pain & out of work on disability. I saw over a half dozen neurologists, had a zillion tests & meds to no avail. I was going to be certified as totally disabled. But I tried one more Neurologist. When I met with Dr. Edwards, he spoke with me, not TO me, or down to me. In 45 minutes he figured out what was wrong. I feel like he saved my life. I was looking at being disabled, bedridden & stuck on painkillers
